For insurance claims, any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receival, with all packing materials and boxes retained. Evidence required for DHL to process the claim. 

This does not cover damage due to insufficient packaging. 

Packing guidance:

• Use 1 headlight per box
• Ensure that the box is in good condition, with no rips, tears, or water damage
• Use bubble wrap around the headlight, and void fill like packing peanuts
• Be confident that the box can be dropped from waist height and the headlight won't sustain any damage
